Initially, we found Ghulam on Facebook after our car was broken in to. He was professional and friendly from the beginning and booked an appointment to install our cameras within the week. He was knowledgeable about the wires and settings and had everything working in a few hours. He was very punctual, polite and professional and was very respectful as he took his shoes off in the house although we said this wasn't necessary. He also tidied up after himself, he hoovered up all the brick dust and we felt comfortable asking questions. He offered professional advice on camera positions and it was nice that he installed the CCTV cameras that we bought as opposed to him pushing his products on us. Even when he finished the job he said that if we had any problems that we could contact him anytime. We felt that the price was very reasonable for wiring four cameras to our house and we shall be asking him to provide us with his security services in the future if we need them. More...
