Whenever my family needs medical care, we utilize the health care services offered at Urgent Way. We are able to get quick and quality care, at affordable price. They are rightly called – “Our Neighborhood Doctor”. Our annual physicals are conducted by certified professionals and the patient portal (electronic medical record system) securely provides access to our medical history. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and the nurses who entered my data and checked my pressure, heights and temperature were friendly
But the best of it all was the Doctor he was soo professional to the task.

My daughter & I both saw Dr. Khan at UrgentWay and she was great!! She listens closely to what you say and was really patient with my VERY apprehensive 4 year old. We have to talk her out of a scared crying breakdown just to check her throat & ears and Dr. worked right along with me to get her to cooperate. What I like the most is that she is very down to earth yet still very professional. I rarely see a doctor for myself but I can say that I believe I will be more than comfortable with seeing Dr. Khan for anything. I'm not sure of the Nurses name that came in first but she was very sweet & patient with my daughter too and she had a battle on her hands just to get my daughters throat swab. After not having a primary care doctor for over 10 years due to the frustrating experiences I’ve had with typical Brooklyn doctor’s office. I am putty happy that I found Urgent Way. For the first time in my life going to the doctor did not leave me irritated, tired and broken. The staff was awesome, the wait time was nearly nonexistent, and most importantly, the doctor took her time to speak with me and get to know me. At first I was sceptical about how fast Urgent Care would be being my first time going when I had step in I was greeted by Friendly staff No Lie after about 5 minutes i had been called to already go in after another five minutes the doctor came in diagnose me he was super friendly and nice shortly after I was ready to go home with everything I needed. I had the worst flu ever, no matter what I did to it, it just wouldn’t go away. I tried home remedies, and general medicine yet it still didn’t get better. A friend of mine recommended going to a doctor but I was scared of the lines and how long it would take. Urgentway clinic in Brooklyn NY was not at all what I expected, there was hardly any wait, and I entered and went in to see the doctor almost immediately. The medicines I was prescribed worked great, and I feel much better.

I'm not sure where to start because there are so many great things to say about Urgent Way clinic. First off I'd like to say that their nurses are so kind hearted, warm and so sweet. From the first visit they were compassionate, patient and truly showed they genuinely care about their patients. The doctor who saw me was equally as amazing, respectful and professional. I was so afraid that the pain I felt could have been something serious and the doctor made me feel comfortable and at peace as he explained everything clearly and as one who knows what they are doing. Let me just say his diagnosis was spot on and I got quality medical care and the pain was gone in no time! I’m still impressed.
It's good for people to do their research just as I did, but it's also necessary for one to have their own personal experience to actually judge by so that when they finally decide which way to go they feel they made the right choice. I feel I made the right choice coming to Urgent care clinic. I will come again and again until they get tired if me lol! More...

My family is used to reasonably high standard medical care. After our primary private doctor incorrectly referred mum for a torn ligament and later ended up being in so much pain for longer, we needed a doctor who could do what s/he was meant to do.
When mum’s pain persisted, I called ahead on a Friday afternoon to see if they could see her the same day. Their receptionist who was prompt to answer and polite, told me that I didn’t need any appointment, just that they stop taking patients at 7:30 (they close at 8:00).
When I took her about an hour later, there was virtually no one in the waiting room; and the receptionist was again decent courteous. My mum was in so much pain but the nurses were sympathetic and helped her feel as comfortable as possible. She was seen within minutes with a qualified medical doctor who was friendly and good at listening.
I’ve always been hesitant going to a walk-in clinic even if I'm sick. I can't say how much I appreciate the doctor’s ability to diagnose and prescribe proper treatment when higher rated docs / clinics didn't give her the help she needed, (which by the way is very sad, New York).
Urgent Way’s professionalism has made me change my mind about walk-in clinics. Mum’s problem could easily have been avoided if we had walked into their clinic for proper medical attention from quality doctors.
Overall I was very satisfied with their quick and efficient service and I WOULD highly recommend coming here anytime you feel ill. More...

My youngest son awoke with an ear infection so severe that he was screaming out and crying in pain. My wife called the family pediatrician and they had no available appointments for the upcoming two-week timespan. I was planning to simply take him to the emergency room (our last visit they made him wait in the lobby for almost two hours before ever even looking at him at all) when my wife reminded me that our insurance was accepted at Urgent Way. I thought it couldn’t be any worse than the last ER visit so we headed right there. My son was seen within twenty minutes of our arrival. The staff was amazing with my little man and made him as comfortable as they could which I appreciate so very much. This has got to be the best medical facility in New York. My spouse sliced their hand open and it was obvious medical treatment was necessary. This was my second visit to Urgentway. The first time I was treated by Dr Khan who was great. She took her time and listened to me before she made a diagnosis. The second time I brought in my youngest daughter who had the flu. I was pleased to get Dr Khan again and she was once again great. The staff is really nice and location is close to my house.
