I used Unique Roofing Solutions because they seemed very professional and polite. Some of my ridge tiles were loose and my chimney had a crack in it. Mr. Gaskin explained what would be done. The ridge tiles were replaced and the chimney chopped in half. The work was completed to a very high standard and I was updated with the progress made as it went along. One negative point however, which is quite serious is that the scaffolding ladder was left up after completion of the work enabling some kids to climb onto the scaffolding and then onto the roof. Luckily they didn't do any damage. I had to get a neighbour to help me take the ladder down. In addition, it took a few days before the scaffolding was removed. I was impressed with the company but if using them please ensure they clear everything away safely afterwards. More...
