Dr. Aalai and his team are absolutely outstanding! And I consider myself highly critical when it comes to client services. I visited his office for chronic back pain and on a whim randomly chose this office due to convenience of location. I made the initial appointment online which was seamless. Within hours I received a call from the receptionist confirming the appointment for the very next business day. No hassle. I was seen as soon as I walked in. Doctor spoke to me and was very transparent about what he does and what he doesn't do. He gave me options and ultimately let me make the final decision. They treated me right on the spot. The anesthesiologist was extra attentive and caring and informed me exactly what he would be doing. Usually it takes multiple appointments of  consults, MRIs and extended waits between appointments. This is not the case here. I am on the mend due to this 5 star team. They even use a service to ship meds directly to my house and had a service that called me directly to book a MRI for me. At first I thought it was a fluke but I made a second appointment and was met with the same high end service. Dr. Aalai is clearly passionate about what he does and it is evident in the experience that the patient receives. I have been to several different doctors in trying to manage the pain in my low back, and had tried multiple procedures and medications - all of which were not helpful in resolving my symptoms. Dr. Mogilevsky was the first physician to listen carefully and attentively to my symptoms. She was compassionate and took the time to do a thorough examination that gave her an idea of what was going on with my back. Once she established a diagnosis, she treated my pain with a procedure right in her office. A few days later, I was pain free, which has not been the case for years. I cannot adequately explain in words how grateful I am for Dr. M's help in resolving my pain. Unique Pain Medicine saved me when I was subconsciously beginning to accept pain for the rest of my life. I came here with terrible back pain which qas ongoing for a long time. I had numerous different doctors (chiropractor, physical therapist, pain management) and treatments, none of them were able to help. I found Unique pain management with significant pain in my back. They went above and beyond to hear me out and diagnose the real cause of my pain, and found out that the original diagnosis I had was incorrect!
