This is a disreputable company and should not be in business.

They take your money and never install the flooring.

I and other defrauded customers are currently suing the company to claim back large cash sums from them.

Was recommended them by a friend and wasn't disappointed. The salesman knew exactly what I wanted, was able to answer all my questions but wasn't pushy. My wife has very bad allergies and they provided documentation to show they use class E1 low emmision adhesive in their engineered flooring. Also they use eco friendly oils and stains then finishing the flooring. Highly recommended!The only thing that you have to wait 3-4 weeks for the flooring you ordered, but that was fine with us. I purchased engineered flooring for my living room and bedroom from Unique Bespoke Wood. I was very impressed by both there service and the quality of flooring, both floors look absolutely amazing now it’s all installed. I recently had unique bespoke wood round to lay their oak engineered wood flooring and I can honestly say what a brilliant job they have done! The guys who carried out the work were excellent! They arrived at the time arranged, they were friendly and wasted no time in getting the job done to a super high standard. They tidied up before they went and took all of their mess with them.
