We've got exactly what we wanted, its taken just under 10weeks for our fully functioning ecommerce shop.
The communication has been great any little thing that needed changes, got changed etc and We're able to edit bit and pieces ourselves, which is great.

We have been using UK Web for about 6 months now to create several micro sites and to sort out our web marketing.
We have several functional and productive sites running now which drive traffic to our main site they set up in June.
To be honest it has been trial and error with everything as we have so much competition but with everything it takes time and now we have a page one position for well over 30 keywords and counting.
We have had some of the issues that people have described below but we get far worse from bigger companies.
They are great to work with if you understand how they work. I think it's about managing expectations in future guys and communicating a bit better but can't fault thier work and Dan trys to be on hand as much as possible even via his mobile in emergencies, which is great considering how many people they must work with.
