I have attended both a Kinetic Shift and the hypnosis diploma course with UKHA - all of the trainers were outstanding. There is no doubt that both courses have massively improved my practice and ability to support my clients.

Karl Smith is an incredibly gifted Man. Karl has managed to turn my life completely upside down and inside out. He worked Gently, yet quickly in digging up all that needed clearing, yet did it with the greatest of care and ease. I am in awe as to how years of memories tortured my body and mind, have now DISAPPEARED. Also to say I had a phobia of Spiders is an understatement. I had nightmares about them, I had to sleep with a light on, just Incase one appeared. I couldn’t stay in a room where there was one. I would have a complete panic when I’d see one. Karl worked on my phobia. And today it is gone. I can now put one in a glass and put it outside. Karl is an amazing Man who genuinely cares about people. Don’t hesitate in going to see him, go now. Kinetic Shift 1 day Course. The support provided by Karl and team after Registering with the hypnosis academy- after completing the course is absolutely brilliant couldn't be more helpful. The trainers were very good on the day. However the 'housekeeping' side of it left a little to be desired, in my opinion. Difficult to find out exactly what the course was about before paying for it and before attending...I did try very hard to find out. I honestly felt that it was expensive for a ONE day course. In hindsight I wish I had waited and attended the 2 day course - it was very small amount more for 2 days, and possibly would have been more beneficial for me . More...

I attended the Hypnotherapy and Kinetic Shift Training weekend (with UKHA) in Oct 2017. As a qualifying hypnotherapist I was keen to learn more about the different ways to help my clients and improve my techniques. Throughout the two day course the training team were attentive, supportive and entertaining; I noticed an increase in my own levels of confidence from the very first day and felt comfortable enough to start using my newly acquired skills straightaway. This course does it all, balances it really well and makes sure everyone is fully engaged with speech preparation and delivery of it. The reason I chose to do this course was to increase my confidence and take me out of my comfort zone. Wow, did it do just that!
