I’m so happy with Owen’s training. I needed some hard and intense routine to get back in good shape after having a baby. Owen is just a wonderful personal trainer! I have finally found what I was seeking for a very long time. He pushes me over my limits, more every time I see him. On top of all the work-out which varies during each session, he provides an adequate and simple diet that I can follow easily, without feeling hungry. But also, he gives me truthful advice and discipline that I really need. Owen is a gem. Lots of motivation helping them believe in themselves and giving them the right exercises to achieve there goals.

Theres no secret to success it's just hard work and discipline .

Meeting new people and seeing them feel better within themselves and getting the results that they came to me to for . To help someone gain muscle or lose weight or someone who has never done any exercise since school and has over come the fear of training again by me helping slowly go though the motions listening to what they want and combating there targets together .

I have always been into sports from a young age and I even used to train along side Linford chistie when I was a teenager . So I have always had sports and fitness in my blood from a young age . I love helping people and making them happy

Because iam a down to earth instructor who works with everyone from beginers to regular people who work out everyday I have a great sense of humour and i give great customer service ie always on time for sessions . Very productive sessions , Very fair with price , and I always push and get just that little bit extra from you .

Services

This is s new concept that some families have asked me for . During my time working with the nhs I have always been interested in working with families helping them with not so much being ie gym fit but more activities orientated fit and healthy . Within families theses days it's hard to find the time for everyone to be active together and if that's the case then it will be the same when it comes to eating as well , And what tends to happen is everyone ends up eating at different times and different foods which then leads to everyone eating something that's quick and usually unhealthy . My aim is too advise and give programmes and help with activities planning and with snacking and meal plans .
