How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are suitable for conversion with the exception of prefabricated garages I would recommend demolition and rebuild.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
A site visit is essential where measurements are taken and concept drawings and layout will be produced. once the concept is agreed a set of building construction documents will be produced to comply with local Building Regulations. The conversion process starts. Roof structure altered rigid insulation to the wall, roof area, and floors. Garage doors removed and frame out to drawing specification. internal stud work constructed Wiring installed walls and ceiling boarded and skimmed. Decorating to the agreed specification. Finishing with building control compliance certificate.

Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
We’ll take some initial measurements of your loft space – An initial assessment is
vital in determining whether your loft space is suitable for conversion.
If your loft meets the minimum criteria required for building regulations, then the
next process is to discuss exactly what you want from your conversion.
Taking this route means that you can steer the design to your exact, bespoke
specifications.
Before you commit to the conversion your going to want to know what it's going to
cost you?
Taking into consideration measurements and your specifications we will put
together a build cost estimate.
If you are happy with the estimate. Then the next step is the design process.
