After a bad experience with another company I telephoned Twynings after Ben had given me advice on Facebook previously. Alex kept me up to date via text and arrived as promised. Alex was friendly honest and reliable after i had been having an intamitent fault on a switch. He replaced the switch at a fantastic price and even quoted me another job while he was there. Twynings gave us excellent advice before quoting and unlike other quotes, their quote was exactly what we had asked for and Alex didn't mind adjusting the quote for further thoughts we had. The flexiblity on when the job was done was perfect as the stables were being built at the same time. The work is very tidy and everything has surpassed our expectations on how it would turn out. We went for LED lighting on Alex's recommendation and it really pays off with the brightness. Tywnings were very professional and very friendly. The attention to detail when quoting and the enthusiasm for the job were important factors when choosing an electrician for the job and it followed through to the work carried out. recently in an area of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire there was a disruption to the mains electrical power supply. I was unaware and presumed the fault was internal at my property. Twynings Electrical were at my home within an hour and the electrical engineer was professional, very helpful, courteous and friendly. He took time to signpost me to the correct supplier so that the power shortage was repaired asap. The cost of the call out to me was minimal and invoice sent via email. The fault was a burn-out of a low voltage underground cable, the pavement had to be dug-up. I would recommend Twynings Electrical company to all & keeping their contact details handy.
