How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect menu starts with the consultation, by listening to the client’s vision and what impression they want to leave with their guest we can then discuss potential menu items and address any dietary needs.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about catering is meeting new people and helping them create memorable experiences; then converting them into repeat clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to launch my company because I wanted to give clients an innovative approach to comfort food with a detailed and customer focused touch.
