What’s your signature dish?
We do many great dishes but what we do really well is our signature slow cook BBQ method for cooking any cut of meat on open coals. We know just how to prepare baste and cook every type of meat, albeit lamb, pork, duck or even turkey all cook to perfection. We then marry it with great sides and sauces to compliment.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our menus are very much tailored to our customers and the event. Whether you looking for some gourmet burgers for a big group, prime beef or lamb cuts for a more intimate event or a slow spit roast for an all day event. We will discuss options with our customers then design a menu to event, tastes and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
We are a pair of South African boys who love nothing better than standing behind a .grill and cooking good food for good people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have a passion for what we do and we love you cook good food. We also like to show people the variety of good food that can be cooked on a open flame grill.
