After a few weeks of strengthening work outs and gently getting back into exercising after having my second baby I have just completed by first week of my new program. I have to say I have loved it!! I was worried to start with how I would fit it in with a 4 month old and a 3 year old but somehow I seem find the energy and look forward to going the gym or the pool at the end of the day. Sarah is amazing at helping alter any areas that don't work and is so helpful working her program's to fit in with your life Style. She has really helped me to think positive. 2lb down in my first week of my new program whoohoo!!! so fingers cross the lbs keep dropping and the workouts keep coming. So I messed up my shoulder in January this year. Lost my overhead position. Needless to say there went all my snatching(my absolute favorite lift) jerks, pull ups, muscle ups pretty much everything to do with my shoulder. So I decided for the first time in my life to see someone for a sports massage. That person was Sarah. She was on it. After a few sessions I was starting to feel better she gave me programming for shoulder rehabilitation and strengthening. It has helped immensely. It hasn't been overnight but with shoulders what can one expect. Today I am getting back into my overhead barbell work I was able to do split jerks and thrusters for the first time. I'm also able to do toes to bar which was pretty painful when I had not done Sarah's rehab. So if you have something on your body not working or feeling right I definitely suggest you see Sarah! Today I received the best compliment ever! I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and one of my dear friends complimented me on how great my legs and butt look and its all because of Sarah's spin classes!! Even being 20lbs heavier than I am normally people can still see a huge change in my legs thanks to her tough spin classes!! Love it and cannot wait to see what will happen to my body post pregnancy! Sarah has been brilliant over the past few months, helping me with my running. My technique and performance have improved and I'm impressed with the results. Initially I was unsure about joining a running club ( The Mint Yard Milers ) but the sessions are tailored to suit all shapes, sizes and abilities.
I highly recommend you get involved , either at The Mint Yard , or Turbo Fit .

So less than five months ago, I came to Sarah to try and help me end what seemed like an endless cycle of yo-yo diets to survive the US Navy's Draconian body fat standards. Since then I have intelligently lost 15 lbs, easily passed the Navy's PFA, increased muscle mass with obvious results (ask my wife), and I just completed a sprint triathlon (my first)! All of this was made possible by Sarah's thoughtful and educated assessment of my needs, her tireless effort to tailor my program, and her continual expertise answering questions and coaching me to keep me moving forward! The Turbofit workout schedule matched with the intelligent but not invasive dietary recommendations! I went from no cardio routine at all to swimming, biking, and running my way to complete a sprint Triathlon!

I couldn't have done any if this without Turbofit! Thanks for all the support! The Tri went great today thanks to Sarah's "TRI for beginners" coaching session! I felt at ease and like an old hat at this TRI thing thanks to this training!

Now to capture the adrenaline of achieving this goal and continue to work towards new ones! Looking forward to working with Tirbofit to keep myself healthy and fit for the first time in over 20+ years!

I love my training sessions with Sarah. (Who is getting me into shape for my wedding next year)
Sarah listens and understands what you want.
Each week, Sarah comes up with a brilliantly tough yet very enjoyable and varied work out, which I can also incorporate into my gym or home workouts. I've learnt so much from her.
Sarah is an encouraging, dedicated, fun and very knowledgable task master. We have lots of fun and laughs (even when she does make you do loads of burpees!)
I've certainly noticed a difference in my body - and I've had lots of compliments. It's all down to the lovely Sarah!
I can't recommended her enough.

Simply outstanding.

Sarah designed a high intensity training programme to cover a recent overseas deployment I was on. Using the limited equipment available at my location, and factoring in a number of rehab requirements I have, Sarah designed a challenging programme that maintained my fitness, greatly assisted in my return from injury and became the highlight of my day.

Over the course of my five month tour Sarah maintained regular contact, always looking for feedback with which to refine my programme. I completed my tour fitter than when I started (no mean feat to achieve away from organised military workouts) - this was all down to Sarah’s fantastic training and coaching.

Five stars are just not enough.

I highly recommend Sarah. The Happy New You ebook was amazing. I loved how she has youtube videos showing me how to do the exercises (completely idiot proof, which is what I needed). I gained strength with my pelvic floor after having two difficult births, and felt amazing, so much more energy and dropped inches, which is always a winner.

I have also had a deep tissue massage. Oh my goodness this was also phenomenal. I have had a constant ache and not full movement in my left shoulder. After 1 session I have movement back again and less of an ache. I need to book in with her again so she can help me get my body moving like it should.

Highly recommend Turbo Fit! The Happy New You Ebook is fantastic. I lost inches and most importantly , felt amazing in myself and gained core strength back after having two difficult births. I love how 'idiot' proof it is, the videos showing you how to do the workout were amazing for a novice like me, the recipes were delicious and easy. Such an amazing package and highly recommend to everyone :)I have also had the pleasure on having a deep tissue massage. WOW! In 1 session I got more movement in my shoulder. It was incredible.
