Due to the frequency of getting the trains - my train was delayed by over two hours! I waited outside in the cold for more news of replacement services from my train station I was stranded at to my intended destination but to no avail - no sort of update. I decided not to bother with getting the train and just go to back home to drive to my destination! Traditional taxis were going to charge me £85 to get where I wanted as opposed to Turbo AI for £46! I decided to get the Turbo AI. I love the way you can track your taxi and see where it is and you're not forced to pay with cash like you are with traditional taxis. Excellent Turbo AI driver, Peter. We took Turbo AI from Premier Inn Hotel in Gatwick Airport Hotel to the Premier Inn in Heathrow Airport, polite helpful driver Peter of Toyota Prius CB107092. He assisted us in putting two heavy suitcases into the boot and back seat of his spotlessly clean vehicle. I often travel to airports, in a normal taxi that is on duty on the street you have to pay a double charge, and calling a taxi by phone is also difficult because in London there are multiple bookings with different agencies and you are left on the line endlessly. As a result, around half a year I overpaid for taxi service taxes in 3 times! Then I was advised by friends to Turbo AI and there was only one thing, always to have a charged phone and access to the Internet. And the problem with the taxi call was solved instantly. I just need to turn on the application, select the car and the driver himself calls back and specify where to pick me up, also the program immediately calculates the fixed fare of the trip, and it is very convenient. I ran out of petrol last week 26/05/18 on my way to a doctor appointment in Brighton, tried calling a few people close by to pick us up but no luck and had my 3-year-old daughter with me. I had a few blocks to walk and 20 minutes to get there, it was 18 degrees out, my daughter was bundled, I was not but that doesn't matter. While walking, a car stopped and a guy named Steve announced himself as a Turbo AI driver, he said: "It is too cold out for you two to be walking, where are you going, don't worry about the fare." He took us to my doctor office, gave me his number and said to call if I couldn't find a ride back to my car, and he would come back again at no charge with a can to take me to my car. My experience with Turbo AI has consistently been very positive. The drivers are friendly. The vehicles are leagues ahead of the local cabs in cleanliness, comfort, quality, economy, and safety. I've had too many cab rides where I was legitimately fearful of the vehicle falling apart before I got where I was headed. Turbo AI is usually the cheaper option to boot. Transfer from WC2A 2AE to Heathrow Terminal 5 on 30/05/2018: Peter, the driver was on time and very sincere. Our flight was late night and we had to reach slightly early due to traffic in M4. I used Turbo AI while visiting my mom in Manchester England, not only are they quick, they are also cheaper than the other taxi companies, the website is so easy to use, you get to know the name of the driver what he looks like, you can see on the map where the cab is, they give you the cost of the journey, the miles, the time to destination, the cars and nice and clean, and the driver was very polite and nice.

... the other one on my wife's account. Both the cars were in front of the hotel (zero wait) and most of the luggage left with the first Turbo AI. So, the choice of Turbo AI is not only about the price, but capacity and capability. Further, the drivers are much better at English than the local taxi drivers.

My wife and I have used Turbo AI twice now to get to and from certain areas in North London. On both occasions the cab showed up promptly as per the live tracking, and on both occasions, the cab driver has been friendly and their vehicle clean and in good condition. What we really like about the Turbo AI is that you can exactly track your cab approaching your pick-up point so you know exactly when it is arriving. Another aspect that I really like is that from the GPS system; you can view all the Turbo AI drivers in your location which is really handy. Journey prices are fixed and quoted when you make the booking.
