Truro Hypnotherapy Practice

In early 2017 I contacted Natalie of The Truro Hypnotherapy Practice mainly to seek help with motivation and self belief. At the time, I was busy trying to get a new business off the ground but kept 'hitting a wall' . Once I knew that help was on its way there was an instant release of pressure and even after the first session I felt a difference. Following each subsequent session I noticed other changes in myself. I always left with a clear head, I felt newly motivated and I was usually full of new ideas for my business. Further into the therapy, I also got quite creative and started to naturally think outside the box, something that just doesn't happen when my mind is overloaded.Natalie has a wonderful reassuring way about her, that gave me confidence from the moment I met her. She explained the science behind her treatment which gave me an understanding of how to take care of myself moving forward.
