The guys carried out a full soffits/facias/gutters replacement on my property. The guys were all polite and friendly - prompt with arrival times - worked constantly - completed the job to a fantastic finish in under 2 days ! !! (4 bed detached house - front, back and sides)... Arrived at 9am on the Monday and finished Tuesday lunchtime! Sofits, Facias and Guttering on a four bedroomed house with double garage. Can't fault the service - talked me through it every few hours and even fixed a few issues outside their remit as they went along. TRS plastics took on a job that had been stated by another company whose standards of quality was extremely poor to say the least. Ste & joe came along to price the job and the way they spoke about how they do things was so professional compared with the first company. Joe came to quote us for guttering, new roof, cladding and fascia work on our house. Joe was the only one who explained to my husband how he would go about all the work etc, making us feel completely comfortable and at each, so professional and really took the time to completely understand what we wanted the outcome to be. Joe also explained we only needed to pay at the end of the job once we were happy and the quote is the quote this made us feel comfortable in trusting them also. Joe/Steve and the team showed up every day and where so polite and professional to myself and my two little ones i could not have asked for more. They never disturbed me, and always left at the end of the day showing us what they had done and cleaning up after themselves. I could not be happier with the professionalism of all the guys and the standard of work they carried out. We ended up adding a new conservatory roof onto the work in the middle of the job meaning they needed to be here an extra day, meaning other work was pushed back by a day so that Joe could make sure it was all finished here to the best possible standard. Joe really understood my husbands vision changing things has he went to make sure it fit with what we wanted. Delightful group of hard workers who completed the work in a day and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Cleared all rotten wood and replaced with new and then applied new fascia's soffits, down pipes and gutters as agreed. Appears to be a thoroughly professional job that is guaranteed for 10 years. Steve and his team have just finished doing my soffits, gutters, down pipes etc and fitted UPVC black and white Tudor boards to my house in some really windy and difficult conditions but it did not stop them doing a fantastic job. They just knuckled down and got on with it. Finish looks great, very professional team of lads who take great pride in their work, they tidied up and removed all rubbish and scaffolding every night, did it all in three working days. Went the extra mile sorting out some broken roof tiles and repairing some gullies which they found but didn’t charge any extra for.I would strongly recommend this company to anyone, first class, 5 star business.Thanks Steve. Fantastic company!I cannot say enough positive things about this company, the owners and the lads who work for them.We asked them to quote for new guttering, fascias, barge boards, verge caps, soffits etc . .. their quote was very competitive and it was also for the better quality products so it was a no brainier.They turned up early on the day we’d arranged for them to start the work and cracked straight on. Nothing was too much for them. They did extra favours that they didn’t need to do no questions asked, From replacing cracked tiles, a bit of pointing to helping us with CCTV cabling. They made sure the work was tip top and were constantly quality assuring and making sure everything was perfect. They asked us to take a look all around to make sure we were happy with everything before they left at the end of each day. they even cleaned up and washed the drive down!Our house now looks like a brand new house and we are so happy with it. The difference is unbelievable.The lads were all polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.They got the job done really quickly but also to a very high standard.At the end of the job we decided last minute that we wanted the guttering doing on the conservatory, in order to get the right products they ordered them and went and met the supplier half way to Stafford in order to get it done the same day.I would definitely recommend TRS plastics LTD and will always use them in the future. He was friendly, very professional and after numerous quotes from other roofers I felt at last I had found a professional honest workman. Have never used this firm before and was slightly worried by work I had seen by other firms.... I needn’t have worried. Steve and his workforce could not be faulted. TRS Plastics are the most professional company we have ever had dealings with. From the initial quote to completion of job (fascias, soffits, gutters, downpipe, door canopy on a semi with garage) they were brilliant. They arrive with all the equipment needed eg. scaffolding so no hire, which keeps the cost down. They explain the process in great detail if you are interested to watch, which we did. The quality of finish is second to none. The team take great pride in their work and are so polite. The clean up afterwards is excellent. Totally trustworthy.
