A great gym for serious gym users who wish to work out!! Reading through some of the comments below, to those people I think you are better off going to a David Lloyd where they lay towels out for you and make you a Caffè Latte at reception, if you're happy to pay well over £100+ per month that is! It was a fantastic place to train with friendly staff and atmosphere. TM training is outstanding with 2 top coaches who facilitate to all your needs. They offer a range of activities including boxing, S&C, nutrition advice and personal training sessions for individual needs. Visited as a one off as I was staying nearby and missing training! Met PT Sarah who was really lovely and helpful and even showed me a few new things to try out to strengthen muscles around an injury I had. The gym is huge and unbelievably well equipped. As a double amputee (left leg above knee and right leg below knee) it's tough finding the right gym and staff to help in the right way. James at TRG is the right man for the job. Really pushes me on the plan he's set up for me. I'm currently overweight and unfit. I've only been coming since the start of the year and feeling a big difference already. Plenty of equipment, lots of space, friendly staff and free parking. Surprised to see so many complaints - this is a warehouse gym, not a day spa or 'wellness centre'. Yes the lockers are knackered but the staff will kindly look after your things behind the desk if you don't want to carry your bag around the gym with you. More...

I visited the Gym to check it out for myself. I was approached by a Personal Trainer who welcomed me and was very polite and professional. Looking at the surrounds, I noticed the equipment was the latest and a mass of it. What a GYM. This is Class!!! Cannot wait to get fit and to mingle with the helpful individuals.
