I help them by giving them a diet I have researched which is Scientificaly grounded. My clients learn about how calories counting doesnt mean your going to be healthier. I help them over come any mental barrier they may be feeling toward themselves holding them back from accomplishing their goals. I have been over weight my self and can relate to the struggles so I can give you more then hope, guaranteed results

Science to put it simply, a thorough understanding of body mechanics, your muscle fibers, your strength and weaknesses that are physiologically holding your back, that may be weak musvle on your upper back or lower back, bad knees, if these arent fix results are harder to achieve and with not understanding of body mechanics in training reps and sets are meaningless.

Diet again is key, once especially customised to you body, goals and lifestyle is important.

I am very passionate about my clients results, its an absalute necessity I have my clients improve on a weakly bases. Every data will be recorded and training will be tuned from the feedback i recieve
