My journey to fitness with transform PT has been brilliant. ROb has given me the skills and confidence to achieve and sustain my goals. I've grown in strength, lost weight and learnt how to work with Injury so that my motivation isn't affected or my back agitated. Rob uses a truly holistic and person cantered approach to training and nutrition.

I was thoroughly impressed with Rob's training style as I didn't have a huge amount of weight to lose and was just being incredibly conceited really! He isn't one of those bossy trainers who has a go at you if you miss a session in the gym or have a few sneaky pints at the weekend but sets a realistic programme that's easy to keep to and leaves you with no excuses for not keeping it up. His approach is incredibly sensible and made me feel like I was really working towards my goals in the right way for once rather than my usual mad blasts of exercise or unsustainable diets.

I have had personal trainers before but Rob at Transform is in a different league. This is the full package. I have been given food sheets, recipes, daily useful tips as well as the best work outs ever. For once I am doing it properly. I am seeing the results already and loving it. I have achieved things at the age of 47 that 3 months ago I never thought I would (like running my first ever 10k!). I have lost 21lbs and feel healthier and more alive than I have done in years. I have had loads of unprompted comments from people saying how much better I look and I am now fitting back into all of my clothes which were gathering dust at the back of the wardrobe! I feel less tired and have more energy through the day, which has not only helped me at work but also in my personal life with the time spent with my family. Rob has not only prepared a bespoke plan for me but has helped me achieve this along the way and when I have occasionally veered off track in respect of nutrition he has been there to help and remind me about what I need to be doing. I'd tried personal trainers previously but was let down badly so when a friend recommended Rob I was somewhat reluctant to make contact. Well, I cannot tell you how pleased I am that I did. A breath of fresh air to say the least. After a full consultation regarding my diet, fitness, goals and incentives, a training and diet programme was collated which absolutely nailed my needs. I have a long way to go but what A great start, exceeded expectations

I have been training with Rob from Transform Personal Training for the last 6 months. I had a moment of clarity after looking through my holiday photos; I didn't like my body shape and that extra weight had crept up on me. I now feel so much better, have lost a stone (I'm 5'3" it makes a huge difference!) and about 6 inches from my bum, belly and boobs (there is no other way to describe that!!) and generally feel more alert, less tired, more focused and much more body aware - inside and out. Rob offers an excellent variety of training - he understood my very short attention span very quickly - and I now do various HIIT training, boxing and kettle bells. I am confident enough now to train on my own but still work with Rob for one session per week so I can still track my results, learn new exercises and also still get his help with my nutrition. AND its fun!! Who knew smile emoticon:) Thanks Rob!

I took part in a UWCB event in December 2016. I went to Rob to build up my stamina and flexibility. He only had eight weeks to achieve the results as that was when my fight was. He wrote me a personalised menu (being vegan was not straight forward) he showed me a series of stretches and roller work. Put me through some strength training and cardio specifically designed for boxing. I had flu half way through the program and Rob tweaked it so I could still do some training and a slight change of menu. I went into the ring lighter,leaner, able to move with confidence also knowing if need be I would see the last bell with some in the tank to keep throwing hits. Needless to state I won and this is no small thanks to the help I received from Rob. Tell him your goal he will do his upmost to get you to it, All you have to do is follow what he says and have the real will to get to your goal. Well done Sir.

I worked with Rob during the last quarter of 2014 and all of 2015.

At the time when I had my initial consultation with him, I was struggling with mobility, was carrying more weight than I wanted to and had not been able to workout in the gym for over a year.

Taking the step to work with him was a significant decision but one that I am absolutely delighted I took.

There are plenty of personal trainers around to choose from. What makes Rob different from others is that he takes a holistic approach, focusing on building confidence, changing habits and taking a long term view.

The major benefits for me of working with Rob have been:

A 3 stone reduction in my weight.
A dramatic improvement in my metabolic age
A reduction in my body fat of over 40%

The discovery of simple changes to what I eat that have positively impacted on my daily calorie intake.

I am now able to walk distances without being in pain, and I am confident and self sufficient in the gym once again.

The referrals that he has recommended to other specialists, particularly the osteopath have been invaluable.

Since contacting Rob a few months ago I have seen nothing but excellent results. What inspired you to start your own business?

Injury. I suffered from poor posture and repetitive strain injury from spending too many hours sitting at a desk. I retrained an have continued to professionally educate to improve my knowledge and my ability to deal with all levels and abilities of people.
