What inspired you to start your own business?
As part of my previous executive role I had the benefit of having a personal development coach, which was transformational for me. To cut a long story short the outcome of my coaching sessions was to change my career and actually formally train to be a coach!!

The key thing about choosing your coach is whether you feel that you trust them and have a good rapport with them, so my advice whether you are thinking of me or another coach, have a conversation with them first!
