Lola is really chilled and easy going, although the work she makes me do is definitely NOT easy-going! I especially like how she really really listened to what I wanted to focus on, and she has always tailored the sessions to what I feel I want, as well as what she sees that I need. She always gives me a good varied session, and I love being able to train outdoors, which is good as I find gym-based fitness a bit boring. More...

Can’t recommend Lola enough!
Attentive , accommodating and knows exactly what you need to do to achieve your personal fitness goals.
Not only that, she has a great sense of humour and the patience of a saint! She will even let you swear at her under your breath, if she is particularly challenging you. Don’t know how I’m going to manage without her when I move!

I’ve been seeing Lola for 2 years now for Sports massage. I really couldn’t recommend her enough.

I suffer with chronic back and neck pain and I can really tell the difference on the rare occasion I skip a week. 5 stars all the way.

Lola has been my PT for 3 years. She deserves a medal for endurance. I do everything in my power to distract her from the job in hand and engage in idle chit chat. She’s having none of it! I swear I’ve never done the same routine twice and I see her twice a week. She always makes our seasons interesting and I don’t dread exercise like I used to when I went to the gym.
I’ve had a couple of sports massages from her and they’ve been really helpful. I highly recommend Lola for PT and massage.

I used to have a personal trainer which i used their program and went off with my own thing.
After 3 years i had adapted it slightly from things i saw online, a lot of "bro science". Going to the gym 5 days a week for over an hour each time, only ever really noticing results if i "cut" for 2 months on pure chicken, broccoli and rice ro which i would gain lean abs, but otherwise no progress.

I came to Lola asking for help woth goals in mind, not just physical body aesthetic goals but also wanting to go to the gym 4 days a week, an hour each time and to learn about "macros" to fit nice food into my diet as i had heard of others doing.

Lola and i had a meeting to discuss my current program, diet and fitness. She was able to help me with an easy to follow program which fits into my requests.

I have been on this program only 2 months but the difference is amazing. I have noticed progress on nearly every body part and raising the weight for nearly every muscle.
I am also fitting food i love into my macros, as many others do mistakenly i was overeating protein and undereating the carbs and fats that my body also needs.

I am really happy with the progam and help Lola has given me and would reccomend her to anyone looking to progress with their health and fitness.
