What do you love most about your job?
I love that I can watch people transform in front of me from anxious, scared people to happy confident people who have new behaviours and skills which they never thought possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I escaped an abusive relationship in 2011 and was an anxious, nervous wreck. I found hypnotherapy and saw the power of how it helped me and really wanted to help other people in the same way.
I am passionate about helping people to let go of their past and live their lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
Client's come to me because I actually get it. I know what it feels like to have your heart pounding at the very thought of driving the car or going into a new situation or sometimes even going into a supermarket. When anxiety strikes it can cause phyiscal pain as well as mental torment.
I know how to turn that round because I've been there. And I know how it feels to be free of my past and it is truly amazing.
