Was more than happy to come out and do the work but as soon as we tried to get in contact to get them to repair the work as it failed they didn't want to hear it.

I was looking for a local firm in Bath to fix a leak in my gutter and Mark Ricketts from TR Roofing was able to do it at short notice for £300 cash. I agreed as he said he'd give the work a five year guarantee. However, the leak wasn't successfully fixed on his first visit. It became impossible to get him to revisit to honour the guarantee, calls/texts were unanswered and when I asked for a refund this was ignored. I eventually had to find another company to repair my gutter and pay yet more money to get the problem fixed.
