TR collections refund me the advance payment after I complained to them
Something that at least shows professionalism and diligence.

The service I received was not what I expected after reading the possitive reviews.
Took them nearly 3 months to send a letter.
Their interest on the case gradually fade
away after they received the advance payment.
It was hard if not impossible to get in touch with them.
They didn t even inform me about any progress they had chasing the debtor. Worst of all they wasted me valuable time. More...

Very honest and very helpful every step of the way they help me recover my money , they was always on hand to answer any questions I have and always gave me the best advice going forward I would highly recommend this company as they done a superb job with recovering what was owed to me , and if I have any work in the future I will come to this company every time they even help me fill out all the paperwork as I was unsure about it and nothing was too much trouble for them .

Absolutely brilliant
I did not expect to see my money again, it was a personal loan of £420. I thought I would be told it wasn't worth it! How wrong I was, within a day of sending out a letter TR Collections had my money back in my account in full.
