What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We start every client relationship with an interview to better understand the needs and desires of that client so we can better help them achieve their goals. And while every client is unique, we look to find some basic information to better inform our process - that includes an understanding of the product or service they are trying to sell, who their clients are, what they have been doing, and how they want their future customer or client to think about them.
Describe your creative process.
Utilizing the latest in research, we start by providing our clients with an in-depth look at their target market. From
there, we develop real world strategies to approach the target market in the most effective way possible. Finally,
we set to work on an execution plan designed to deliver results.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
What are your goals? What are you selling? Who is your target audience? What is your timeline? What are your key points of difference? Who are your competitors? Where are you in the competitive landscape and what makes you unique.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping our clients achieve success and creating amazing advertising campaigns is what gets us up in the morning. Coffee keeps us up.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a passion for advertising, and when given the opportunity to pull together an amazing team was an opportunity that I could not pass up.
