We have always been neglected from the bigger companies like talk talk and BT, Toople offer a much more personal experience and I’d highly recommended them as a telecomes provider. Not sure why people give bad reviews our service is the best we have ever had,fast with no dropouts unlike other companies we have used. Support is great.Price is also very competative.As for getting Spam i have never had an email from them unless i have asked a question.Keep up the good work Toople. More...

To be honest, the customer service here is very good, as is my broadband connection whic is used frequently to upload and download massive files. I actually get to speak to someone directly, get a name and am in contact with that person should there be a problem. I dont think the poor rating here is deserved. I took one star off because there was an issue and it took a while for Toople to get to the bottom of it, but it was BT in the end that was responsible. More...
