Amazing coach and has helped me achieve goals that i thought i would never be able to. Tom is unique in his approach and has worked for me and would recommend to anyone that is thinking about getting fit and having one of the best motivators and PT's in the industry.
I initially trained with Tom as part of a gym membership and really enjoyed the few sessions I had. When I discovered he was going it alone I knew I had to reconnect; it took a while but when I made the decision, I knew it was the right time and I was ready to commit. I gave my notice at the gym as I wasn’t getting the all round experience that I felt I needed from a PT.Tom is like a breath of fresh air. He understands I don’t want to give up my running but have strength goals so need to achieve the right balance in both areas. I’m now tracking my food intake to keeps my nutrients and macros in check (a real eye opener!) and Tom is also keen to offer advice and support me when I’m training elsewhere to compliment my PT sessions so I make quicker progress. You can’t ask for much more! A genuinely friendly trainer who cares about his clients. He goes to the effort to explain the exercises during each session and I’m learning more about my body than I’ve ever done - and I’ve been going to the gym (on and off) since I was 15!! I have been training with Tom for a while now and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I have made. Tom was extremely thorough in the first consultation we had. He wanted to understand what my diet was like, what my exercise routine consisted of, understand any previous injuries and what I was wanting to achieve with training. For me it is to build muscle, increase strength and overall fitness. Tom is extremely knowledgable and always goes above and beyond than any other personal trainer that I know.
