We had a great 1-2-1 session with Jean. My rescue dog has many issues. She has been re-homed 5 times... Jean's advice and support has been a Godsend and we had fun too. Brill.

Jean came to my home to help me with my rescue dog Tilly. Tilly has been rehomed 5 times in her short life and I was at my wits end. Jean helped me understand why Tilly behaves as she does and showed me how to respond in a kind loving way to change the unwanted behaviours. Jean came to see my Yorkshire terrier Missy who is 6. Previously she had no training and I thought this would be difficult. My daughter had a baby and Missy was really unsure around the baby as had not been around children before. With Jeans help and her brilliant approach to the training she gave us which was straight forward and made it so easy could not believe the difference and how easy she made it. Jean came to see our 3 year old coco and our 5 month old puppy mitsy today. She assessed that coco is anxious and quite frightened as she is a small breed, shitzu cross, and mitsy needed reining in as she is a very excitable shorkie who doesn’t know when to stop playing. Jean has left us some homework and training to go through and demonstrated how they work. We’ve now managed to get both dogs tired out and sleeping in their own beds but next to one another so they get more used to being able to chill together without always having to frantically play, which was one of the problems we addressed as mitsy doesn’t know when to stop with coco and read the signs that she’s had enough. It’s going to be a long journey till we get the result we want but Jean has put us on the right track! She’s so calm and knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what’s she does so thank you jean will definitely be recommending you to anyone who has a dog issue they need help with! More...

Absolutely amazing 121 home visit from Jean today for my new puppy - couldn't be happier!! Felt like both myself and Cooper learnt so much and Jean is such a lovely person and obviously completely in love with dogs - she put us both completely at ease and was so clear with the training it's made me feel so much more confident in what I'm doing.

Jean has been working with my Jack Russell to get him ready for eye surgery. He's come on so much everyone who comes in to the house comments! He's had a successful vet visit with comments from the surgery staff on how much he has calmed down! More...

There is so much to bringing up a puppy that i didn't understand and to be honest i was loosing the battle. Attended a 5 week course with my (shall we say) "very" active puppy, not only did peppy (my puppy) benefit from it i myself learnt a great deal from it to on how to deal with the upbringing of my dog & behaviour issues, hats of to ya jean & massive thank you for your patience with not just peppy but me to x

Our puppy was biting everything, destroying our carpets, anything he could get his teeth into... basically not a pleasure to be around. A friend recommended Jean and we enrolled for the 5 week puppy training. It's 1 hour once a week. Jean has patience of a saint and you can tell she adores dogs. We are only 3 weeks into the course but we can see a big change with our dog. He's a pleasure to be around now.
