Awesome place. It gets crowded time to time but seriously facilities are sufficient except the bench press which is only one in the gym (isolated bench press I mean)

If planning on an early morning Gym session (finished BY 6.30/7am) This is a good option, won't be hanging around for bench or rack for too long, whilst other free weight and cardio equipment is also readily available.
As is the case with most Gym's, the after work rush is... to be avoided (between 6-8pm), can get pretty hectic! I haven't had to wait for Cardio equipment during these peak times, yet, so consider that a plus.
Otherwise, over the years I haven't had much interaction with staff, they've left me to my own devices, and I theirs. Changing rooms facilities are fine, they're always spotless in the morning and I've seen way worse during peak times elsewhere.

Depends on what you want really. Very affordable. There is no sauna or swimming pool etc. Very packed between 5 to 10pm weekdays too, it is literally full. As a student it's easy to work around that but those with 9 to 5 jobs may find it hard not to go at peak time. More...

Obviously this gym isn't necessarily for 7-days-a-week gym goers who would want more than the basics from a gym but if you're happy to go for a gym with no-frills, this is perfect.
Can get very busy but I don't usually struggle to get on equipment.
Only issue so far is it closing for two days for refurbishment. Would be good if it has to close (like today) they have you the option to use ANY of their other gyms, rather than just the Southfields one.

Personally love this place, however the price is expensive for only gym facilities - however this is understandable as it is a 24 hour gym (which is very handy). The areas and equipment are spacious enough so you feel like you can really get into the activity without feeling any pressure from others. The work out mat areas are also very spacious, allowing many to feel confident doing their own thing, rather than worrying that others may be watching or judging. More...

They offer really convenient prices (specially for students) and they are located in Kingston Town centre. The range of the equipment is decent, however it becomes really PACKED DURING PEAK HOURS (16-21) Infact , in this period of time, you have to wait ages to get your machine or a dumbell. Have been to two 'budget' gyms in the past and this is by far better than both combined (and cheaper). I made use of their temporary student price of £99 for 8 months. Excellent selection of equipment and never had to wait to use a machine or set of weights - granted this is probably the time of day I go (early morning to mid afternoon). I do not understand how people can complain about it being crowded at peak times... Its called peak times for a reason. Avoid the afternoon rush/make use of the 24 hour opening hours and you'll have no problems at all! More...

Good gym, open 24/7. Access via pin. Price is low but don't that fool you, as it can compete with "high-end" gyms. Loads of equipment, although not all (eg. missing lower back bench).
