We had problems with our garden flooding during the winter season, due to the garden being on an incline towards the rear patio. This morning 10/08/16 Tommy (TM Drainage operations) turned up, traced the rain water pipe under our patio, dug a trench from the lowest point of the garden leading to the rain water pipe, joined a T piece to the soil pipe linked to a gully in the garden for the water to drain into and replaced our patio with in under 6 hours. TM Drainage came recommended by word of mouth, and I am very pleased that they were suggested. They charged very fair rates and no call out fee, fixed the problem and charged the fee agreed - despite putting in extra time. Our problem had been a very slow running drain that ran out of the end of a grated gulley in a pathway at the bottom of a slope. Over the years, it has been very slow to drain, causing our property's courtyard to be covered with water. We put up with it for seven years!Finally, during the poor weather of December, I decided enough was enough. After attempting to rod the drain, using a friend's set of rods, there was no difference.TM Drainage arrived on time, charged no call out fee, and immediately began investigating the problem. After using rods, they switched to a high-pressure jetting system. That still couldn't clear the drain. They then uncovered a mains drain that we didn't know was present - it had been covered with turf.Next came a CCTV camera inspection of the drain system. That revealed a serious blockage - possibly a collapse. Digging down to the area revealed that whoever installed our Calor LPG tank had ripped the drain pipe in half to make life easier for themselves as the gas supply pipe passed through the ground at the same depth as the drain. Shoddy!TM Drainage made the repair, made good the garden area and it all now works a treat. Tommy came to our house when we had a real emergency, while we were out our drain became blocked and flooded the garage. Tommy was with us within an hour of calling and managed to clear the blockage and CCTV the pipe to check for damage.
