I recently needed to hire a skip to clear our house of all the clutter. I used TJ Waste to supply the skip. The man delivering it on the first day phoned to ensure that the skip was placed in exactly the right position which I thought was great. I soon realised that I would need a replacement skip so I spoke to TJ Waste and this was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Finally I wanted the the second skip collected earlier than expected it was collected within 24 hours. The service I received was fantastic throughout and I would certainly recommend TJ Waste to anyone. I will probably need them again in the New Year. More...

I had a 2 yard skip delivered and picked up this week and would like to thank you and your staff for doing a great job. I received a text confirmation of the order and the delivery and pick up were on time. Both drivers were very careful and managed to manoeuvre the very large vehicle in and out without damage which was pretty marvellous considering the narrowness of the gateway and road. They also avoided driving over a manhole cover that may have given way. I will certainly use you again next time I need to dispose of rubble etc. Thank you John More...

It was my first time hiring a skip and Kathryn from the customer service team was really helpful in guiding me through the process over the phone. A quick online price comparison proved them to be great value for money and I ordered the skip on their website the following weekend for it to arrive on Monday - I received emails and texts updating me on my order which put my mind at ease, they even sent a document proving my waste was disposed of responsibly (nice touch). The driver arrived as expected and was extremely polite and well-presented in his uniform and new vehicle and had no issue in placing the skip on my driveway and collecting it the following Friday.
