Shocking service. Completely missed the first time appointment with no notification from the agent. Still gmhave not seen the face of our supposed cleaning lady half an hour into the appointment and unable to reach since morning. Very frustrated.

Thank you for your review. Once again please accept my sincere apologies. Unfortunately we were unable to start on Friday as we did not receive your paperwork until late on Thursday which was to late for us to turn it aound for a next day start. On notification of your termination, we offered and paid a full refund.

How long have you been in business?
Time For You is now in its 20th year and I have been the owner Time For You Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks for 9 years. We are now a well establish company, offering cleaning services to hundreds of clients every week, through our strong bank of over fully vetted cleaners.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We use the clients own cleaning products for our weekly and fortnightly cleaning services. This ensures that you know high quality cleaning products are being used, and also it prevents any cross contamination issues between addresses that our clients operate within.
What do you love most about your job?
Providing a high quality service to our clients, and giving back some "Time For You" to enjoy your free time, as we believe life is too short to spend it cleaning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to put my passion for exceptional levels of customer service into practice, now being upheld by our committed and experienced cleaners, and friendly and very efficient office support team.
