I work one-on -one, or in a small group, as your personal trainer. Tabata is the style of workout I like and it is a high intensity interval training program that has a number of health benefits. I come to you and give you an energetic 30 minute workout that will kick start your metabolism and help you burn body fat quicker and longer.

By listening what their goals are and putting together with them our game plan and holding them to that plan until their goals are reached and beyond.

Eating better, drinking plenty of water, getting 7-8 hours of sleep a day as well as going to bed and waking up at the same time, and exercising with a personal trainer who likes HIIT training, high intensity interval training. This is all personalized and safe for all levels.
