I have worked for mash for 6 years now and right from the start they have been by far the best staffing agency out there! They have a variety of work for leading brands, both experiential and corporate and they are always jobs i enjoy and i am proud to be a part of . The talent team take great pride in selecting the right mashers for their books which ultimately results in great team members on each and every campaign. I have worked for the Mash (the Corporate Team in particular) for 9 months now and I can honestly say they are a lovely promotional staff/hostess agency to work for. They provide a wide range of work on a regular basis, have a simple and easy shift sign up process and provide great support for their employees. MASH are the best! I’ve had some amazing experiences through working for them. I’ve worked and managed at major sporting events, art and culture fairs, country fair’s and have travelled the country at the same time. There has always been an equal focus on looking after their staff, as much as their clients. There are loyalty rewards, competitions, and great working incentives. I still remember when I got my first work, Bi-lingual (I am Korean) receptionist for the Samsung mobile launch in August 2016 from Mash through Adam Higgs, then the account manager, who helped open another door for me in life. Until then I had only been working as a freelance interpreter and teacher.So far it has been GREAT as I’ve learnt a lot working in different environments meeting very interesting and nice people as Host and BA with the help from them who are absolutely professional and very kind / considerate - IMPRESSIVE service to me especially considering their busy work schedule. THE best staffing agency around!! I've worked for them consistently over the past 3 years and not once have I had a bad experience working with or on behalf of Mash.

I feel the relationship they have with their staff is above and beyond what others offer and it seriously does shine through when you work on a campaign for them or see an activation live from a consumers point of view.

Everyone in the office is brilliant and each of them brings something new, different and exciting to the table.

Working for Mash was one of my best decisions. I have been working in events and promotions for about 4 or 5 years now and have only just worked my first job for Mash - and wish I had done sooner! The staff were all really lovely and friendly and the girls I worked with were great. There is always some great roles posted on the job site and I will definitely be applying for more jobs going forwards. The day itself was great, we had a lot of fun and the client was really nice too! Becoming a Masher was one of the best things that happened to me, I really enjoy socialising with people at the corporate events & have met some really good friends through some of the events I have promoted. Mash Staffing were always very professional with me and were always just a phone call away. I really loved the wide range of roles offered to mashers, from high profile corporate product launches to in-store marketing and surveys and they check you're suitable for the job first.

If you're interested in work in promotional events or advertising in general I would really recommend signing up as a Masher! Its an easy process and Mash (and Katie) really try to makes sure you're comfortable with what you have to do. More...
