I have used Tim on and off in the past year when money allows. If I was in the position to, I would never stop using his PT services.

If you listen to his advice, and give it your all - he WILL have you doing more than you thought you could and getting results better than you thought you would.

I cannot thank him enough for the confidence he gave me, the results we got working together or the support he gives the entire time you are training with him.

After 3 years of stress, eating, drinking at university my fitness was at an all time low but the idea of going to a stuffy leisure centre or over priced strength gym just didn't appeal to me. I was referred to Tim by a mutual friend and haven't looked back since. He's incredibly professional and a thoroughly knowledge individual, if we're talking value for money then I can't imagine anyone better.
