Sam and his team created two beautiful new bathrooms for me. Sam project managed everything from start to finish, taking so much of the headache out of the whole process. He offered creative ideas which worked really well with my own design; he offered practical solutions as unforeseeable problems arose; stayed in touch with me every step of the way; he knew every detail of the work being done and he and Amy in the office provided me with weekly work schedules so I knew what was happening. His eye for detail and pride in the work that he does is a real pleasure. You feel like he won’t rest until you get exactly what you want. The team he works with are also great, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and the wonderful Daniel who patiently and beautifully did the exquisite tiling work with Sam. An outstanding service! Sam and his team performed a large bathroom refitting project for us. They managed the whole process in a very smooth and professional way. I chose Sam because I had been impressed with his website and real photos of his work. From the moment he came to have a look at the job and provided us with an estimate, we made our mind up that we would be choosing him for our project due to his can do attitude and passion for his work which is evident from first impressions. Sam's team were all skilled, professional, reliable and considerate. Estimates were detailed and accurate, and the standard of the work was very high -- as was the care taken around the house. The team were in the house while we were out and always left the place in good order. Sam kept us fully informed of progress and any problems. Moreover, all his colleagues were a pleasure to have around.The end result is excellent, and I am reassured that the quality of the work has been very high. OK, I previously posted what fantastic service I received from Tile Giant. Tiles were delivered but now needed a specialist to Install. I only tend to deal with local companies and I phoned around leaving messages. I had a few tradespeople turn up and quote. Believe it or not 2 did not even get back to me. But Sam from Tile and Mosaic, well were do I start. The easiest review would be from Start to finish the service received is exemplary. Sam goes the extra mile and gives advice and inspiration.
