Tic-Tac-Tag did such a phenomenal job at my wedding on 11-25-17 that I knew exactly who I needed to call for my daughter's 1st Birthday party. Owners, Jessica and Jason are so personal and make event planning so easy. We hosted my daughter, Remy Victoria's 1st Birthday party at the Orland Park Cultural Center with a Candyland theme on Saturday, 3/9/19. Azi was our Tic-Tac-Tag rep and did such a great job. She was able to show my guests how easy and fun it was to take and share photos. I was able to greet my guest and partake in the festivities and not worry about missing anything. Tic-Tac-Tag is an easy way to have access to all the special moments that took place during the party that I may have missed. I can't wait to put all the pictures into an album for family and friends to be able to see. This was a great alternative to a photobooth. They set up a similar feel and often took 3 photos at once. They took photos of other major events and hashtag for you. You can even hashtag before rhe wedding day and print all those photos. So all those fun events leading up to the big day can be cherished too. All of the guests at our wedding raved about how cool Tic-Tac-Tag was. Instead of a huge line waiting for a photo booth, guests were taking pictures all over the venue and simply walking over to pick up their photos. For guests who did not have an Instagram account, Tic-Tac-Tag used their own phones to take pictures for them. One of the best parts of using Tic-Tac-Tag was that we could take pictures the entire day, and they all printed out when we got there. We provided an album, and they filled the album with copies of all of our guests pictures so we did not have to do anything. I think this is the future of capturing wedding moments. Our wedding was fairly small, and many of the older people were very hesitant about hashtags and "the tweety-gram." Jessica and Jason provided a lot of information to help us get ready ahead of time, and Jason was amazing with everyone at the wedding. This was one of the first and easiest vendors we booked for our wedding. Wedding planning has a funny way of making you feel like you need to double- and triple-check every little detail and make sure everyone involved knows what to do and where to go and all that jazz. .. Throughout the entire process, I didn't feel that way at all with Tic-Tac-Tag. They were a breeze to communicate with and made me feel at ease. On the actual day, they were a huge hit and the setup was so seamless we didn't even speak with them at all the entire day (which we still feel bad about!!). We just walked into our reception and they were already there, doing their thing! The social photographer was also an important component, both for taking pics of those guests that aren't big on social media and also for capturing important moments and details guests wouldn't normally snap a photo of. These guys were amazing! Their assistant was dancing away by their booth; I loved watching him, then he joined in the dance circle - so great!
Jason was there to take photos and boomerangs for those of us too busy to hold a camera and run around. I hadn’t counted on that and it was a great surprise. I was worried my majority non-Millennial guests wouldn’t catch on, but it just took a few evangelizers to help spread the word and get others to join.
I found this service way better than a photo booth. People are already on their phones taking pictures; have them post it and print - makes it a really great value!
It really was a perfect and special night! I’d recommend Tic-Tac-Tag to everyone!

Our guests had a blast with Tic-Tac-Tag and I'm so glad we booked them! They even put together a cool little video of photos and video that they took of the wedding. They took photos of our guests in front of our photo backdrop the whole night, which was so nice of them. Definitely pay the extra fee to have them bring their photo light if you're doing a backdrop. It makes the photos look amazing. People ate it up. They even got my parents to do a cute Boomerang and they don't even know what that is. I died when I saw it! Our guest enjoyed getting a printed photo right away, and they send you the files of all the photos afterwards. We've had so much fun looking through our wedding hashtag of photos on instagram. It's such a fun take on the photo booth. We had a communication hiccup with our photo backdrop with what they were bringing and what I was bringing, but it all turned out fine. TicTacTag is an amazing photobooth alternative. The hashtag printer idea is genius. Our venue had amazing scenic photo locations both outside and inside. We did not want to restrict our guests to just standing in a booth and taking home a tiny strip photo keepsake. Instead we wanted them to roam around and use our hashtag and take home a full size 4x6 photo with our little logo at the bottom. So not only could the guests take home a 4x6 of them outside of the tourist locations on the way in (several guests printed pictures of their time spent in Millennium Park and Navy Pier) but also at the actual ceremony/reception itself. The other great thing I loved is that they had someone there taking pictures for you. Since I was the bride, I didn't have my phone on me to post things to instagram because it was all in another room. Also my parents have no clue how to work instagram. So we had Jason there taking pictures for us so the guests could still take something home even though they weren't hashtag savvy. The other thing I loved about them was about a week after the event they sent us the complete file with all of the pictures printed. The cool thing was they sent them both with the border and without. I know it seems a little unconventional but it is definitely worth it. I honestly think I will invite them to every major event I have from now on because it was so well worth it. More...

What makes photo booths such a great alternative to traditional photographers?
Photo booths such as our "O" Booths and our Hashtag Booths really give your guests the chance to express themselves at their own time and pace.
The photographers job in our eye is mainly to capture moments of the host and celebrants. Services such as the photo booth and the hashtag booth are there to service the guests and allow them to capture moments readily missed by the photographer and that the celebrants would have loved to see.
What photo booth props do you offer?
We offer all types of props. We prefer to be a little more minimalistic and tend to go with simple props on a stick that can be placed in mason jars around the event. Our "O" Booth is packed with digital props that can be customized and built prior to the event.
What do you love most about your job?
We love engaging and bringing that fun element to the guests. Making them feel involved during the whole event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To build something of my own and to have the ability to spend more time with the family.

Hashtag Booth
This is our signature product. The hashtag booth is our rustic printer box setup which prints out photos that uses a certain hashtag on Instagram or Twitter automatically.
Photos are printed out in sequential order and are quickly displayed and organized for guest retrieval.
"O" Booth
The “O” Booth is our open-air concept photo booth. Equipped with its own ring-light and ipad, this is a great solution for clients that want to put up a photo booth in seconds and have full-features such as GIFs, Boomerangs, Digital props, backdrops and more.
Printing is optional
Digital Mosaic Wall
Guests can now help reveal a special image, message, offer or more. As guests post to Instagram or Twitter with a unique hashtag, their photo will appear on the screen to help reveal a special image, one square at a time.
We will plan accordingly with your venue and planners to see how we can best display the mosaic at your event. Our systems can easily connect via HDMI to most displays.
This service can be combined with out hashtag booth.
Social Photographers
Our social photographers are secondary attendants. Their main duty is to manage the photo spot areas and help guests take photos.
Social photographers have the ability to help take photos using the guest’s smartphone or device and/or if a guest does not have Instagram or Twitter and would like a photo, our social photographers are equipped to use their own phones along with our event Instagram account (tictactag.event, tictactag.event2) to quickly get your guest a photo and take advantage of our service.
Free-roaming Social Photographers
Along with the same duties of a social photographer, our free-roam social photographers will freely move around your event and take journalistic-style pictures and video of your event.
This content will be quickly shared on social media using your event hashtag. A really great addition to any event in helping build a more robust story and look into your event.
