Heaton Moor, Stockport
There are times when everyday life feels overwhelming and it is easy to blame yourself, thinking that you 'should' be stronger or better somehow. This can make it difficult to acknowledge that you need help, and to allow yourself to reach out and accept it.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the 'ah ha' moments when my clients realise something that furthers their healing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to combine my passion with my desire to do something meaningful with my life.
Why should our clients choose you?
A client might choose me because I'm intuitive and work relationally, which means that I don't stand outside of the process but I'm right there with them. I acknowledge that my client is the expert where their life is concerned, I avoid pathology, instead, focusing on an individual's positive intensions, and strengths, whilst encouraging resilience and hope. I am socially aware, and always willing to educate myself further if this is what a client requires. I am also interested in transgenerational trauma, the trauma that is transmitted across the generations of a family, and incorporate this thinking in my work.
