Escape here for just an hour and leave like you’ve been on a restorative retreat. This beautiful place is my little spot of heaven - filled with all the good energy. I attend Thursday morning yoga throughout the year and the fabulous yurts are kept at the perfect temperature for us by the lovely couple who own the centre. I have attended afternoons of yoga bliss and also seen the Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner in both of the amazing and versatile yurts. We are so lucky in the Eastbourne area to have this amazing place. The second I pull up at this green, peaceful and tranquil spot I feel like I am in a secret place, my breath slows and my shoulders release and I feel truly blessed. Me within me is a great place for any sort of healing you may need. Not only did I get help to detoxify my body through the teachings of kundalina yoga (in which Amrit is a master), different herbs and acupuncture but I also got detoxification of the mind through close one on one consultations. You are really listened to when you visit me within me and it helps to uncover the root of the problem. Again I must mention the yoga, this is a pretty powerful technology that will help you on your path. It may help to uncover some things you may feel you are not ready for but go into it with full trust in yourself and in the technology. Amrit did an excellent job looking after our guinea pigs while we were away on holiday.
We met up with him before we went away so he knew what to do and we was very pleasant and professional.
He texted while we were away to let us know everything was okay, and even offered to water our plants while he was there which was a great bonus.

Amrit and Rasjot house-sat for me recently for a couple of weeks. Their principal task was to attend to my two cats, one of whom is extremely timid. Evidently they charmed both animals who were totally relaxed and happy on my return. They had a difficult situation on arriving at my flat because their flight to London earlier in the day was delayed and I had to leave before they arrived, leaving the keys with a neighbour, in order to catch my own flight. They were in no way to blame for this situation (I have learned to be more careful in future about time-frames). Since they had not previously visited my flat they were obliged to work everything out for themselves, with some brief guidelines that I'd written out. This can't have been easy and I think that they did extremely well on discovering where things were and how they worked and, not least, on meeting and dealing with the cats. They are evidently self-sufficient, organised and reliable; in terms of stars I'll give them 4 for tidiness and 5 for everything else.

I have nothing but good things to say about Amrit and Rasjot. A lovely couple. Genuine, respectful, helpful, just really nice people. They know what they are doing and any doubts I had as a first time user of the website were put to rest on meeting them. On return our dogs were happy and well cared for, the house was spotless (they even fixed our squeaky door) and the beautiful flowers dotted around our home was so lovely. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Amrit and Rasjot as trustworthy, reliable and hugely capable sitters.

Amrit and Rasjot were my first ever house sitters and I was quite nervous about having strangers in my house and especially leaving my animals. It all went really well. I liked them both straight away and they were brilliant at looking after our pets and the house. When we returned the house was tidier than when we left it. I definitely recommend Amrit and Rasjot as sitters!

What do you love most about your job?
The variety and social aspects. I have always worked in the caring professions whether as a personal assistant or holistic health practitioner. I welcome the opportunity to do more physically demanding work such as gardening when the opportunity presents itself. It complements the more sedentary work of counselling and acupuncture.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am grateful for the opportunity to provide care to others and enjoy physical work.
