Came to Thornhill clinic for a procedure for my son. I was extremely nervous and scared about it all. From booking the procedure with a lady called Gemma I asked her soo many questions and she answered them and put me at ease. On the day the dr was brilliant very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. The procedure went very well, the assistant dani was brilliant and kept my son happy with her talking to him and pulling faces, she also kept checking if I was ok and reassurening me every step of the way.
