A couple of years back, Luke came to replace a tile on our roof that had blown down in heavy winds. We were so impressed by Luke’s professionalism, friendliness and great customer service that he was our first and only choice of roofer when my mother's flat roof had developed a leak. Again, Luke did not let us down and my elderly mother was full of praise for him. A week or so ago, we spotted what we thought may be a problem with our roof and, of course, we telephoned Luke. Luke made time out of his day to visit us to see what the problem was. After looking at our roof, Luke assured us that no work was necessary but obviously should a problem develop we should call him.
