Can't say enough good things about this man. He does amazing work with a great attitude. He gets the job done, even when the crooked town buildings dept. throws every curveball. I recommend him to EVERYONE WHO WANTS HONESTY WORK! More...

Tom did a good job and was very responsive and worked with my schedule. I already had my design but needed to get it drawn by an architect in order to submit it to the building department and get the permit. He was the most reasonably priced of all the architects I reached out to. Some wanted a percentage of the renovation cost but since I already had my design I just needed drawings to get my permit. He was flexible and came through. There were a few errors on the drawings but he made the corrections when I pointed them out. I would work with him again. More...

Tom Curro was the architect for my deck in Queens. He made sure I understood the project and explained options and advantages to making something a certain way while staying to code. The building department can be a nightmare. Tom was consistent in letting me know of any updates to my file. His company also self expedited which another company wanted to charge a significant amount extra for the service. I highly recommend Tom Curro and would use home again on any future projects. We hired Mr Curro for a small project at our condo in Westchester County. Even though it was small he was willing to help us out and take on the project. He was responsive to all emails and calls and got the job done even though there were a few obstacles with the building department. I would recommend him to family and friends! More...

Tom was amazing to work with for my front porch project. I was really in a bind, with the city breathing down my neck and reached out to Tom for plans for my enclosed porch. After our initial conversation, I was confident that I was going to find a solution. Tom was very clear on the process and was very responsive when I would reach out with questions on timing and next steps. What I truly appreciated was the attention to detail, the interaction with my contractor to ensure that we were all aligned to what would be required to complete the project. I was very stressed with this project prior to meeting Tom and I can honestly say I am glad that I found him online!!! More...

I hired Tom for a laundry closet renovation in a two bedroom duplex co-op apartment. Even though the job was small, I felt Tom gave me the attention he would have given his larger jobs. He is extremely punctual and professional and helped in obtaining the building permit from the town. I would highly recommend Tom to any of my family or close friends that need the services of an architect. More...

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Our Needs and Options Review will provide the answers you need.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First we check the zoning for your location. This will allow us to determine what approvals will be required, including any variances.
Then if the conversion is feasible, we start with a schematic design which is a first draft of the layout. Once we have a final layout, we develop it into final construction documents which are used to obtain the work permit and construction.
What do you love most about your job?
I most enjoy adding value to homes while taking the stress out of the process for homeowners.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to serve as a guide to homeowners throughout their projects: to educate, advocate for, and of course provide excellent architectural drawings that pave the way to a smooth building process and superior end product.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer our clients more than just a completed set of architectural plans. They also walk away with the peace of mind that comes from a job well designed and executed, from start to finish.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Sure. We often utilize remote services for our clients and consultants. This saves time and allows the client to see
our work in progress to avoid design misunderstandings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We've learned to minimize contact with clients through remote meetings. Should a physical meeting be required, we
take all necessary precautions to be safe.
