Training sessions can be as frequent or as infrequent as you would like and your personalized programme will ensure that when you train outside of those sessions you still know what to do and will have all the information you need to vary the exercises as much as you desire to keep things interesting.
Personal training sessions can also be given wherever is most convenient for you be that in a gym, at home, in the park, in your office or even online. We bring all the equipment needed to you (unless it’s online, we’re not magicians).
I've been training with Phil for a few years now and he is great.
He is always thinking up new things to do which are challenging but within my capabilities so there is never a dull session. He is positive and motivational, good at encouraging you to try things that you don't think you will be able to achive and full of praise when you do.

I'm a natural sloth .. not an elite athlete! Yet I set them up in my diary and turn up regularly to my PT sessions with Phil come rain, wind, overwork and lack of inclination. And aching muscles after the previous session. And have done so for coming up for 3 years. That says it all, doesn't it? Working with Phil is great. I've been training with Phil for over five years, and value him so highly that I am continuing to see him on my occasional visits to London even since I moved to Scotland last summer. In all that time, I've never had the same session twice - he provides an endlessly varied mix of cardio and resistance, tailored to your needs. And he knows just how far to push you according to your fitness at the time. He is entirely flexible on timing - be it early morning, daytime or evening. I have been training with Phil for over two years and would highly recommend him. I have a hectic work schedule and he is incredibly flexible and patient when accommodating frequently changing training times. He also strikes the right balance of motivation without "beasting", which really suits my personality.
