We switched to Third Eye after a series of problems and excessive charges with Banham Security — who think charging £130plus for a sensor costing around £30 is a fair and reasonable mark-up.
We found Third Eye through the Which? website and can see why they are recommended as a 'trusted trader'.
Unlike Banham, Third Eye provides great service, great value and great customer support.

Mark the owner came out to see me after a break in to advise on an alarm system and CCTV for my property. We ran through the house and he gave me the recommended set up for my requirements. The price was competitive and I instructed him to start the work. I asked for his earliest date as we had security issues due to the break in and his team managed to install the alarm on the same day and worked late into the afternoon to complete the install. Our new system was installed quickly and cleanly by Lewis, their very helpful young engineer who explained the function of everything very clearly, making sure we understood how it all works - and it does.

Very efficient, helpful and easy to deal with.
We had a very frustrating problem with a shared intercom system which turned out to be a cable damaged by the landlords builders.

The system (which was proposed by Third Eye) 'does what it says on the tin'.
