Everyone faces challenges, dilemmas, fears, problems and issues in their lives. Sometimes we can manage to cope.

Sometimes our usual coping methods don't seem to work. We find ourselves struggling and we need someone to talk to, someone who will listen and to somewhere we can talk about our feelings and thoughts and to explore opportunities for change - to get our lives back on track again.

Counselling provides you with a confidential place to go, someone to talk to - someone who will listen, and someone to explore your difficulties with. Someone who is non-judgemental.

Lucy is a Member of the BACP and Member of the National Counselling Society (Accredited) and manages Therapy Centre Services, a team of Counsellors offering affordable and accessible counselling services.

We aim to provide flexibility and accessibility for daytime, evening and weekend appointments.

Some of the team are also trained in Stress Management and Mediation and we work with Employee Assistance Programmes providing Counselling and Coaching for employees.

We also provide home visits, companionship and talking therapy for the elderly or those who are housebound, to provide access to 1:1 support.
