Great quality boxes and the design process is really good. HOWEVER they didn’t meet the promised delivery time, despite me paying extra for a rush job and then tried to assure me all was fine when I could see from the courier updates that the package hadn’t even been shipped when they said it had been. There has been no refund of any of the extra money I paid for the boxes to be delivered by a certain date, and their delay left me significantly out of pocket as I had to purchase a new set of plain boxes instead of using the customised ones I’d ordered for an event. It’s a shame as the rest of the process was good but I won’t be using them again because of their unreliability and poor customer service when things didn’t go to schedule. More...

TheCustomBoxesUK is amazing, I was much confused about my pillow boxes production, I found almost 6 companies they tried me to change my views but TCB really did, they successfully shape my idea. The design they prepared for my chocolates is loved by all of my customers. Other companies tried me to be sold but TCB-UK greatly sells me that what I need.
