When it came time to update and renew our website we reached out to various sources for recommendations. Sam Insalaco and theBrewroom came highly recommended. Throughout the project Sam and his team along with his partners at The Telesco Group were highly responsive and open to our ideas and changes. Our personalities seemed to match, making every encounter go smoothly and quickly. When reviewing the initial result of the site, we had a lot of suggestions and changes based on our own tastes, likes, and dislikes. Sam and his team listened to all of our suggestions and comments, and they ensured all of our preferences were met. Overall, we were pleased with the progression of the project and the final result has received positive feedback from users. When asked who built our website, we tell them, “It was theBrewroom.” More...

Sam did an incredible job building my website. From the technical to the aesthetic, Sam helped me figure out the exact look and feel I wanted for my site, and it turned out better than I could've imagined.

The Brew Room recently helped me launch a Pittsburgh wedding blog. Sam was integral in making this dream a reality. We brainstormed ideas together and he made sure he knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of design and interface. We went through several reviews and changes and he was always patient and willing to explain things in laymen terms. He answered a billion questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable with using WordPress and making edits to my site. I have received a ton of compliments on the look and layout of the blog, and Sam deserves most of the credit. He is 100% awesome to work with! More...

Sam and the team at theBREWROOM were amazing to work with from start to finish. We could not be happier with the way our website turned out - it's a true reflection of our business and who we are as people, and that is in great part due to the incredible team behind it. They made the process a fun and easy one from the first meeting all the way through to the final product, and we could not have been happier with the entire experience! More...

Sam listened. That was the most impressive to us - he didn't talk AT us, but rather WITH us, to develop a plan that would truly do what we needed at the time. He was flexible, and worked around our comfort level with different technologies and even spent a good deal of time teaching us how and when to use certain capabilities to our advantage. We felt real support from Sam; we could ask him questions, ask him to tweak something, tell him how we did things get his input on improvements and streamlining to make us efficient in postings, blogs, newsletters, etc. More...

Great communication from start to finish to come to the exact finished product we desired.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The continued service after the website was finished is a huge plus as well! More...

Q&As

That I get to meet new people often. I honestly love that I get to meet people that have a need for help, for which I probably have a way to help. That's what makes me happy. When I get to help someone.

I worked at a large agency that just churned out work. They often didn't listen to what the client needed, and just put out work that looked nice, but in no way solved the actual problems of the client. That's not the way I see things. If we aren't solving problems, then what are we doing?

If they want to work with someone that they can trust, who is really interested in helping, then they should choose us.
