I recommend a aromatherapy full body massage by Tara, she is a very knowledgeable lady and just knows which oils to use, she takes time to talk you through the benefits of each oil that suits you and the massage is just heaven, I get back ache a lot and Tara always manages to hit the spot to relieve the discomfort, to be honest I would still go to see her even if I had no aches and pains just for the pure relaxation and amazing chill out time I look forward to my monthly treatment by this lovely lady, thankyou Tara you are amazing

Thea Haven's therapists are so professional and make you so welcome in the lovely surrounds. It's a lovely escape from the busyness of life. Tara's aromatherapy massage is a quite heavenly and Jane's reflexology treatments are incredible. Whether you're looking for relaxation or a specific condition to treat this is a great place to come. I have immensely enjoyed every treatment I've had at Thea Haven. From the moment I arrive and relax with my herbal tea and a a browse through a mindful meditation book through to my fabulous treatments and the hug when I leave. I love starting my pampering session with a foot soak and then my favourite has to be an aromatherapy massage with Tara. She carefully blends the oils for me depending on what I've chosen that day and it's pure bliss.I feel as though I'm in very good hands - physically and emotionally.
