I had set up my website myself for mariposa coaching but it felt a bit 'clunky' and I was in need of an expert to give me some tips on how to overhaul my original design to make it a bit more stylised, to have the buttons do some more funky techie stuff rather than be merely functional. I had come to the right place! Laura was a whirlwind of activity with my site, in a very short time she moved fast across the keyboard and my website started having a new life of it's own! She is a total expert in wix and I soon realised that wix was capable of doing much more than I originally thought. Not only did Laura re design my home page but she showed me how to put in several testimonials that zoom across the site on a 'slider'. This freed up the pages which were too long so they are now sharp and engaging. Next she showed me how to set up my subscription list and send shoutouts and welcome messages so I can use my website for more than merely a 'front of house' but can keep in touch with my coachees with offers and new events coming up. I had no idea how I could optimise my page for my mobile and Laura had some excellent design ideas. I loved the way she dimmed my main image and put white writing on to give it a classy modern look. One of the main reasons I would recommend Laura is because she tailors your website to your needs and listens to what you want and is there to advise every step of the way. I love to learn new technology and produce my own designs and Laura enabled me to be my own designer with just the right of support I requested and had total respect for me as knowing what I would like from the process. “When having a business website, i needed to be totally be happy with it! It’s not just about the look to how glossy my website is to visitors.
More importantly for me it’s about the direction of the business and how I can reach my target audience and finally being able to use a user friendly website is a fabulous bonus.
