I have had a fear of flying for as long as i remember so decided to pluck up the courage and try hypnotherapy. It has really helped, i feel so much more relaxed about flying and this year planning my first holiday abroad with my family!

A good mix of hypnotherapy and counselling helped with my stress problems, i felt very comfortable and at ease. Never done anything like before but glad i did.
